Its season starts from March through June. However, in markets they remain available for whole year. It has matchless benefits. It regulates the gland and treats the problem of goiter, dyspepsia, high blood pressure, arthritis. People do complaints about worms in their intestines, they are recommended to take pineapple as it removes them.
It is a catalyst against diphtheria and other infections of throat. It is rich in vitamin C, manganese. Manganese is important mineral for health. It has Vitamin B1. It increases immunity that is good to fight against the diseases. It does help in digestion and makes smooth bowl movement.
